Long ago, when I heard that George Lucas was selling his phenomenal life changing, story telling series Star Wars to Disney, I was extremely disappointed. The disappointment came from the notion that I just knew Lucas was selling his extremely prized possession to Disney and also one of the greatest series in history.

Now, it seems Lucas may be having regrets selling the series. Kathleen Kennedy, who manages the creation of Star Wars under Disney's banner had revealed that Lucas is struggling getting away from his once famed franchise.

“I think he’s starting to settle into this and just be a fan. It’s taken a while. It’s hard to let go, after 40 years. That’s a lot of expectation and things he thought a lot about. Suddenly that next generation, that whole thematic idea he came up with, is in the process,” Kennedy said.

The update is a name change of one of Black Panther's most powerful and opposing characters who was named Man Ape. It was revealed that the character that will be played by actor Winston Duke will not be called Man Ape but his real name M'Baku.

Executive producer Nate Moore told EW about the turn of events. “Having a black character dress up as an ape, I think there’s a lot of racial implications that don’t sit well, if done wrong,”  “But the idea that they worship the gorilla gods is interesting because it’s a movie about the Black Panther who, himself, is a sort of deity in his own right.”

Seeing what is going on in ...

Earlier this year, there was a thought that Chris Evans just may permanently hang up his shield as our favorite red, white and blue boy scout Captain America in the MCU. However, there were also many statements that kind of blinded what actually was going to happen with Cap.

Now, two months later Chris Evans is confirming that he will, in fact, be on the verge of hanging up his shield after the Fourth Avengers film (May 3, 2019).

“I had six films in my Marvel contract, so I could have said after the third Avengers I was done, but they wanted to make the third and fourth Avengers films as a two-parter,” Evans said. “They said they had so many other characters to fit in… and couldn’t get them all into one movie. [I agreed] because it made sense. It’s going to wrap everything up.” (Brie Larson ...

It seems that everything is being rebooted or remade in this day and age. Films like Anne Rice's 'Interview with the Vampire' and other films like 'Puppet Master' and much more.

Now, it seems like Hollywood isn't going that far back to reboot this not so old film and revamping the series with a new actor.
